The Victorian Cowgirl's answer to the cross-seat riding unconventionality. This is a skirt/pants that is actually culottes with a removable front panel with decorative buttons down the front. Designed in Mid-calf and ankle-length. The jacket goes perfectly with the riding skirt, jeans or any other skirt. It has a stand up collar, princess seams, bustle back and modified leg-o-mutton sleeves. It is fully lined in satin.
