The rural Irish have worn the Kinsale Cloak for centuries. It is a full length billowing cloak that is fully lined. The cloak has a wide collar with a hood. The hood may be pulled-up and fitted over the head or worn down over the shoulders. The hood may be created to be detachable.Item No. 027
