The Irish Rose consists of the traditional Irish Leine (shirt), the Irish Overdress and Underskirt. The Leine was worn by both men and women and is known for the full bagged sleeves that are gathered at the shoulder with a drawstring at the wrist. The women's leine has a scooped neckline with rectangular bag sleeves. The men's leine is shorter, with a higher neckline that has a slit front opening. The sleeves on the men's leine are a wee bit smaller and more triangular in shape. The overdress has a front opening and is lightly boned. The overdress may be gathered at the waist (example 1) or pleated (example 2). The underskirt is of contrasting color and may also be gathered or pleated. Please provide the following measurements: bust/chest; waist; underarm to waist; and underarm to length you wish the pieces (floor, ankle, etc.)
